Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

Tonight I was reminded of the reason I usually don't get pizza from Little Caesar's Pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas and some Italian cheesy bread to go. The person took my order correctly and put it in so they could make my pizzas. Then she told me it would be about a 10 minute wait for my order. So I left the restaurant as it was cooler outside and went out and sat in my truck to wait. After about 15 minutes I went back into the restaurant to check on my order. I was then informed that they had apparently made a mistake in the back and had given one of my pizzas to someone else. The person telling me this said they could give me another order of Italian cheesy bread to make up for their mistake. I agreed that I would be ok with that. It was about this time when another employee got involved and asked the other employee what was going on. She told her and then was berated by the other employee(right in front of the customer!). Apparently they mess up orders often enough to have a policy on it. You're supposed to get crazy bread NOT cheesy bread OR a drink when they mess up your order. So after being told it would be yet another 8 minutes before I could get my order, I went back outside to wait. In the meantime, the pizza AND the bread were left sitting in their boxes and not in the heated areas for the respective items. After mentioning something to them about the pizza getting cold, I was told it would stay hot where it was. VERY disappointed and will not be returning any time soon! Would not recommend...

The first couple of times I visited, it was great! This is why I chose to come from Clinton to pick up. I can't say that with this visit. First, I had trouble with the app okay no problem. I'm at Little Caesers. I put my order in. The acting person in charge knows I'm waiting. I go to the car for 15 minutes, go back in, and the man looks at me and says it's not out yet. So he knows I'm standing there waiting. Time goes by. I just happen to back up a little and see my name where they put pizzas in the warmer cabinet. I was so upset because that man knew I was waiting and never one time said he would put it in there and why would you I mean I'm standing at your counter waiting! Needless to say, I was very frustrated. There are other pizza places. I will not return to this one. Please fix your customer service. Oh, and to add, when I walked in, 3 employees all made eye contact with me but did not come to the counter to assist me. After i spoke up and said, "Is anyone going to help me? The girl counting the drink cooler finally came around and...

I ordered ahead online then just picked it up at their pizza portal inside at the end of the counter. If you are going to pay with a credit, debit or gift card I would strongly recommend this way to order. It's so convenient and easy. No wait in line at all and after you place your order online for pickup they send you a numerical pin so when you go inside to the kiosk just look for your name and punch the code in and the door or doors will automatically open that contain your order. Also the app lets you know when it's being made, cooking and ready. The pizza is always hot & fresh and I absolutely love the garlic breadsticks. The only negative issue I've had is every time I order the deep dish pizza the dough in the center is still raw. When I get home I just put it on a pan and throw it back in the oven.
