Absolute waste of time. I needed a new motherboard. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get it (which seemed like a long time) but went ahead and waited the two weeks. 13 days later I call Connor (who I assume is the owner) and he tells me the parts order got cancelled due to the price changing. It took me calling him for him to divulge this to me. He then said it would be about a week before he could get the part and fix it. I waited the length of time he told me it would take. I then called again the day before I was expecting it to be complete and I was told the part had not arrived. I explained to Connor I needed my computer back. He told me it would be another two or three days. So once again I waited the length of time I was told to wait and called again. And once again I was told the part had not arrived. He said he would email the company he bought the part from to get an ETA. I told him I needed my computer back fixed or not. He then called me the next day to tell me the company he bought the part from had not yet reached out to him with when the part would arrive. I picked up the computer later that day after weeks of time wasted. I will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Update: I had my computer repaired at Computer Helpers. They have 25+ years of experience. Turned out it wasn’t even my motherboard that was causing problems. It was the power supply. They also told me that the guy who worked on my computer at C&C computers didn’t plug anything back in when he gave it back to me so they had to plug everything back in. It took 3 days for my computer to get fixed. C&C computers was a huge waste of time. They are in over their heads and inexperienced. Do not...

Big thanks to Conner with C&C Computers. I went to him to copy a terabyte of pictures and videos to and from a couple of my external hard drives. It was going to take me a long time, but he got it done quickly, and better yet, for a great price!

A few weeks after that I started uploading and rendering videos on Adobe Premier Pro. I noticed my cooling fan wasn't strong enough to keep my computer cool under load. It was running around 195 degrees, and got as high as 203 degrees. That had me pretty concerned, so I called Conner again.

He cleaned it out to see if that would help. When it didn't he recommended a larger and higher quality fan. He gave me a couple options, got the one I wanted ordered, and shortly thereafter had it installed.

Before I picked it up he stress-tested the computer near 100% of it's capabilities to make sure all was well . . . and it didn't get over 145 degrees (50 degrees cooler than before)!

The 1st. time my laptop crashed I took it to C&C. They had it 2, maybe 3 days and replaced the hard drive. They were able to save all of my files and the charge was quite reasonable.
