My fiancĆ© and I have been going here for awhile. At first we really liked it because of their wide selection but the customer service is beyond awful. My first bad experience was when the lady working there was helping me and someone came to the drive thru window and she stopped to help them and then came back to me. When she was helping me another customer came to the window and she stopped helping me again to go to the window. I understand people in the drive thru are quicker and she can get them in and out but I felt invaluable in that moment so I started to walk out the door and she came chasing me down saying she would help me and not to leave so I bought what I needed and we continued to shop there. Last week my fiancĆ© bought me a cape that didnāt have an external battery and before we left I asked if we could get a refund and the guy said no because it was a debit card even though we had the receipt. I went one last time today because it was on my way and used the drive thru this time to get my fiancĆ©ās dip for his stocking and I asked for a receipt and the guy said one day you want it and the next you donāt and rolled his eyes and started speaking in his native language. I told him he has been a jerk to us the last two times and shrugged his shoulders and said nobody else has complained and that infuriated me. Please friends of Oak Ridge, do NOT go here. I went to see about an exchange, which most legit shops will do because they understand you may get a bad product, and was told that it would only be exchanged if it didnāt work. I explained that something is clearly wrong and itās not supposed to smell or taste like an old fart and the clerk stood firm. I returned to my car and entered the code on Geek Barās verification webpage and what do ya know? Itās fake.
Iām disputing this with my bank and have reported it to Geek...

Rode my e-bike there and was literally shooed away with the hand gesture and him shooing me. I guess because I was standing at the door with my bike and about to ask if I could put it right inside. I would have locked it up outside, but there wasn't a place to secure it. My girlfriend and I spent quite a bit there every other week or so. Not anymore!!!!
