Bought a prime whole beef tenderloin from SCBS Friday afternoon, had them butcher it up for me. I normally get choice, take it home and cut it up myself. It turned into about 6 good steaks and 3-4 good size chunks, and a little over a Lb of burger. Yeah, they ground up all the trimmings! Grilled all but the thickest/nicest 2 on propane that night. Best steaks I’ve ever grilled. Used Connors steak house seasoning! Until I grilled the other 2 on regular charcoal Saturday night, had to be in the top 10 steaks I’ve ever had! Sunday morning, mixed the ground with more Connors’ seasoning, made 3 patties, grilled on lump charcoal mixed with hickory, best burger I’ve ever had! I mean ever!

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this place on a business call. Couldn't be happier! Also, if you like deli salads, get here. ASAP. Potato salad, pasta salad, chicken salad, BBQ meats, and yummy desserts are home made and so tasty. The RIBEYE.... To die for. Just made them tonight. Mine was 1.2 lbs of heaven. Perfect cuts and I didn't even need a knife. Just a fork. Love this place and will be back!

My daughter and I walked in looking for beef ribs but we were so overwhelmed by how amazing the store was that we almost walked out until a gentleman call to us and ask what we were looking for, everyone made us feel at home and they all took they’re time to make sure we got what we were looking for and they also talked about the butcher shop itself making us feel more comfortable to be there. You can order form a single steak to a whole cow, they also have fresh fish and imported pasta. We love this place and will return often
