The attitude of the employees here is terrible. I brought a small box with a prepaid FedEx label in to be shipped. I needed to tape the top of the box up. The ladies behind the counter taped it up then said they charge $1.10 per box to tape the top closed. What a joke! They proceeded to have a condescending attitude while repeatedly telling me how expensive tape is. The only payment I had was a credit card so I ran a credit card for $1.10. I made a joke they just spent more to process my card than the $1.00 they charged for a 10” piece of tape. The rude staff lectured me for not taping it up before coming in. The staff let me know people should tape up their own boxes before coming in and stop expecting them to use their expensive tape.

I understand a business can charge for whatever nickel and dime nonsense they want. There is no excuse for their snotty attitudes. Your site staff need to find another line of work. You have numerous other reviews online which reference your site staff have...

So this place is pretty convenient for mailing prepaid postage packages via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Anytime I've been in to drop off a package it's been quick and painless. I tend to use them for that but that only. They are very expensive to pay for shipping there. The same package that I took to USPS down the road and shipped for 3.50 was going to cost me over 9 dollars at mail Center so I don't recommend going there to pay for shipping and item. For a one stop shipping stop it's handy and I've never encountered more than one or two people already in the store when I go in so it's fast too. The customer service is average, I always try to be friendly and make small talk and no one there wants to talk to me lol but I don't pick where I do business based on friendliness, my top picks are efficiency, cost and convenience. They pass two of the three and will continue using them for my prepaid...

This place is the bee's knees!! It's the reason I'm able to crosspost my listings on Mercari, Poshmark, etc. Because some of those sites use all different mail carriers, and it would be really inconvenient to have to go to each individual place to drop off packages. Here, you can bring USPS, FedEx, and UPS all at once! Even if you don't have a way to print your own shipping labels, they will do it for you(for a small fee). They also have good hours. And the people that work here are super nice...
