Please let this be your sign to NOT do business here. If at all possible, avoid. I’ve been a long time customer, and signed up when Doc was still the manager. He was so great to work with, and I was sad to hear he had left but also happy for him! So my payments are bi weekly, and last week I had to close my bank account for non relevant reasons. After, I completely forgot to update my autopay for rent a center. My bad completely. They called me while I was at work, and let me know and I said I’d call back after. They continued to call me. A few days passed, with 5-10 calls a day from different numbers and rude voicemails, and I still hadn’t updated my card. I’ve been busy, but yeah my fault. (Note: the harassment doesn’t make me want to update it any faster.) on Wednesday, I hear that someone showed up at my home. Keep in mind this is only 5 days after it was due and they’re showing up at my home!!! So I call to let them know it’s getting unacceptable. I spoke to a really really nice woman who let me know the situation. Apparently, my previous payment was “returned” for 10/8. I was like oh no! Okay I’ll call the bank make sure and fix it. But that I had to bring only cash to the store? Ok sure. I called the bank AND checked my statements, and well actually it did go through and was paid to them fine. It was never returned and this was WELL before I closed my account. So I called. Someone said hang on, I’ll call you back in 5 min. No call came. So then, they decide to call me BACK TO BACK while im asleep. Multiple times in a row. So I finally answer to tell them to quit calling im asleep and they’re so rude, they are arguing with me about the payment etc. Its literally $40, and they’re acting like it’s some crazy debt. Creditors cannot call you more than 7 times in 7 days (1X a day) and I have over 20 missed calls in the past few days. Not even including the rude voicemails and multiple different numbers calling. The guy who keeps calling me will keep relaying information between me and the manager, but why can’t the manager just call?? I’m so sick of this harassment and I’ll never do business here again.    Read moreI've been a customer for little over a year, and never had any issues until now. When it comes to communication about my account, I have no issues speaking to someone. However, it's becoming very frustrating. Especially when trying to reach management, to find out why one of there employees is leaving harassing messages regarding payment that technically isnt late and never gives his name in the process. Several times this has happened, in addition. Working overnights my schedule is off. I'm constantly receiving harassing voice messages and text messages. Asking for payment, another issue I have. I get paid every other Tuesday night after a certain time. So I received a call from this unnamed person. Then when asked to speak to management the excuse I get, is either busy with another customer or isn't working that day. Then there is the text messages saying how I need to be open with communication. I am overly aggravated with how I'm being treated and discussed with the customer service of the store...
   Read moreAwful!! They don't even deserve the one star rating. Don't use for conferences! We were supposed to have monitors delivered to the nearby hotel for a conference at the convention center in Orlando and they were never delivered. We ended up having to purchase and ship monitors which we were trying to avoid in the first place. The delivery was supposed to happen on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday (very inconvenient), so when they received a call from us on Monday morning after the conference already started they wanted to deliver the monitors then.....I think not! How do you just forget to deliver an order you received??? Rafael really dropped the ball on this one. We were thinking about using this company for most of our conferences, but we will not be after this awful experience.
