Excelente comida pero PÉSIMO servicio.

Es muy lamentable que tenga que darle una estrella a un negocio que solía ser tan bueno, pero de un tiempo para acá, el servicio se ha vuelto terrible.

Las empanadas son increíbles, el pan, la torta, etc, todo muy bueno, pero el servicio, muy malo. La salsa la dan en vasitos (tipo el negocio más feo en Venezuela), y cuando pides una salsa extra te responden mal... Yo no tengo problema en pagar por la salsa, o suban le el precio a la comida e incluyan toda la salsa que el cliente desee, ¿pero tratarte mal? , por pedir un poco más de salsa es inaudito en los Estados Unidos.

Hay una muchacha en particular que atiende en la caja que siempre está de mal humor aún y cuando he tratado en varias oportunidades de ser más amable con ella, en cada oportunidad que voy me trata mal.

Mi esposa me dice que la muchacha es esposa de uno de los dueños o algo así, pero gracias a esa muchacha no pienso comer más allá. Lamentable porque me encanta su comida, pero no quiero terminar explotando con gente que decide trabajar en servicio al público y odia a la gente.

Espero resuelvan esos pequeños asuntos porque creo que el negocio tiene muchísimo potencial y me alegra mucho que sea de venezolanos trabajadores, pero honestamente, deberían tener más cuidado en quienes le sirven al público. Mi esposa, la mujer más dócil y amable del planeta hoy llegó a la casa con comida de allá diciendo, no comemos más en ticos y le encantan las empanadas, pero es que es imposible.

En conclusión, cambiaré con todo gusto mi review a 5 estrellas (que las merece la comida) si algún día cambia el servicio y decido volver a ir a comer allá. De resto, gracias a Dios en esta área, hay muchas opciones de comida venezolana donde atiende gente amable y no te dan la salsa en un vasito de café, medida y so pena de tragarte cuando pides...
