Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

Well first off the lady wanted me to do a 5 star review for a free ice cream cone. I said no. Well upon walking up the ppl placed an order mind you i was picking up an Uber eats order and it took me about 10 mins to get to the store so it should've been done or at least almost. Anyways ppl place they order and someone comes thru the drive thru after 7 mins of me waiting to even be approached cus they dont even know if im placing or picking up an order she just guessed. Well she takes the drive thru has 2 cars. So that cause me waiting another 7 mins. Then she approachs me said they waiting for the fries mind you the ppl that ordered already got they food. Im on a time limit w uber eats so if you cant treat the ppl that also order online like they important dont even offer delivery who wants cold food. Anyways after 17 mins of waiting mind you i have 2 other orders in the car they waiting for they food also from other restaurants she calls the name I go up to grab the order and she says confirm im confirming and she wants to see my phone. Like lady if you dont look at that Uber app on your end im not showing you my phone they give yall the tablet for a reason. I canceled the order someone else can pick it up I dont need to steal nobody's food especially that cheap frozen food I would never eat from there I dont even eat from McDonald's. I do Uber eats to pay my principal on my car so I can pay it off faster not to steal ppl food. Like w a stank attitude you need to continue working there for...

Being a google reviewer I take pictures of the outside of the building most of the time and this time the manager was pulling up at the same time and got out of their car fast and said excuse me but do you have a problem with us! With a attitude!... wowah don't jump to conclusions first of all this could be a good thing for you. It wasn't Even that that gave it to 2 stars. The bathroom was disgusting.The counters at the drink machine were dirty.All of the tables but one were dirty with only one other person sitting in the place. The sandwiches were OK kinda dry so honestly I wasn't impressed and this was my first time at Charley's ever.! The fries weren't cooked all the way. And the cheese sauce was barely melted. I will not return to this...

I'm a regular at this location. Love ❤️ Phillies. You can have here the best friendly service you can ever get. I noticed that this Staff, today, 02 19 2025, 1800 hours, no matter if they are very busy or not, they always satisfy more the customers and I can say this of everytime that I come here to satisfy my belly with my favorites. The line manager, Mr Kenneth and his staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and keeping the restaurant always clean and in order, plus, they show us the customers, how important we are for the business.
