Excellent repair work and excellent customer service! I drove over 400 miles into town for a conference and as soon as I arrived, my power steering died. I willed the car over to Total Auto Repair and Octavio diagnosed the problem right away as needing a rack and pinion replacement. An involved and expensive repair. It was late on a Thursday afternoon and after deciding to have the repairs done, Octavio gave me a ride to my hotel and agreed to try to get the repairs done the next day so I could drive back home on Sunday when the conference was over.
