I have been coming here for some time. They are the only cuban pizza spot in Orlando that i know of, and the only one that tastes just like back in the days in Habana! The place is packed with people sometimes but i have never had to wait for a table. Last night we came at 9:30p after driving almost an hour and we were told they were out of pizza. We still ate. Everything as usual was really good. But the cajita de cumpleaños was soooo amazing! I had never had it, it brought back memories of the days i used to be a kid and go to a birthday party in Cuba. Whoever had that idea is a Genius!! Really cute and delicious!! By the way, the cremita the leche are the best i have ever tried in my life!! We usually come and take 5 or 6 or whatever amount they have left. We live in Minneola and drive all the way here at least once a month to eat because we like...
Read more[Update after owner’s response:] I’m disappointed by the owner’s hostile and personal response. As a customer in the United States, I have the right to share an honest review and expect respectful customer service. My experience was accurately described: I notified the staff about my delay due to an accident and requested the pizzas be warmed, which was refused.
The owner’s response, full of personal attacks and false accusations, crosses the line of professional conduct and further confirms the lack of respect and courtesy. Even my teenage child was speechless after reading his response—which says a lot about the tone and content coming from a business owner. It’s unfortunate that a business would treat customer feedback this way rather than using it as an...
Read moreGreat food, but very poor customer service
The pizza and food are honestly very good, but I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. I couldn’t understand how, after buying food from the establishment, I wasn’t allowed to sit at one of the many empty tables to eat it. There were about 10 tables available, each seating four people, and not a single customer was using them at the time.
According to the staff, it’s part of the “business policy” — but to be honest, it felt like an unreasonable and petty rule. I felt uncomfortable and honestly quite embarrassed by the situation, especially since no one could clearly explain the logic behind it.
I strongly suggest the owners or managers remember that a business thrives thanks to its customers. Offering good food is important, but so is treating your customers with respect and common sense. Let’s not forget we’re in America, where customer service matters.
