La Tripleta Factory — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

Went to this spot a couple times and the Tripletas(a popular sandwich from Puerto Rico, its name derived from the fact that it is filled with three types of meat: [chicken, steak, bacon])are great! The consistency of great tasting Tripletas is there every time. Took a couple of friends who had never tried them yesterday. They were impressed and loved them, just as we do. It's the most eye appealing, cleanest, and straight forward presentation of food truck that I've seen on the strip. Given, there are many along this road for you to choose from. I dislike going to a spot and being bombarded with pictures and choices. This place has a simple well organized menu, which in turn tells you that they specialize in the Tripleta and the other food products they offer. Making it my place of choice for Puerto Ricos...

Stopped at this food truck on a Thursday evening about 8:30pm to grab a little something to eat so I ordered a Hot Dog-Tripleta and a beef empanada. I really wanted to like this place, but the female taking the order just wasn’t very nice and then when it was time to pay she snatched the money from my hands. And with regards to the food, it sadly fell way short. The Hot Dog Tripleta was just okay and definitely not worth the $10 since they barely give you any of the meat normally found in a tripleta. I picked up my mom from the airport, we were both starving and my mom was in the mood for a tripleta! I remembered a post I saw on social media about La Tripleta Factory being one of the best in Orlando, so of course I had to check it out! I ordered a chicken empanadilla and 2 tripletas, one regular and the other one was the 100x35 triplets which included pastrami as well!
