Came in to see Dr. Cartwright For an ENT referral, Dr. Grizzly was the attendings physician who saw me, She immediately judged me as if I was Doctor shopping for Opioids, she attempted to do an exam based on my chief complaint. She looked at my nose and said , "You have a big ball of snot, take this Kleenex and clean the snot out of your nostril,I will prescribe you some nasal spray, " " Now is there any other medicine you need. She was trying to get me to ask her to write me a prescription for Opioids, after her rude bedside manners I didn't want her to attempt to examine me, which she hadn't done anyway. She had already put the nasal light back on the hook and sat down at the computer and started her documentation. after she handed me a box of Kleenex, and said," clean that big snot ball it's right there, " She Judged me, which resulted in a misdiagnose. I have pneumonia. I tried making appointment with doctor, they scheduled me to see him in 2 months. I ended in urgent care and changing my primary care physician to a different clinic. They don’t do same day appointments, they have horrible customer care and they have an attitude.
