Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oakland

I was too scared to take any pictures. When we got there it was closed cuz we were trying to dine in maybe the drive through was open I don’t know tho because I didn’t see any cars at the drive through and there was three men standing by the drive through window idk what they were doing but it seemed closed to me and I was scared because there was a man outside of Taco Bell who had a gallon of milk on the floor and a bag of cereal and he was eating it just like that which we weird because I don’t live there and I usually never been to Oakland so I felt a bit scared also because there were more people around restaurants near by acting weird and like if they were on drugs. I went to Burger King and it was open but the restrooms were closed or out of service and there was a line of people just yelling and demanding to get helped I’m not even sure if there were any employees in the restaurant I was just so confused and scared because I had my children with me in my arms and we had to use the restroom really bad since we had been holding it for over two hours from the trip in the car. I left quickly and I didn’t even think about taking pictures for this review. I honestly was scared for me and my children’s safety so I left quickly and I don’t wanna go back there ever again. I’ve never had such a bad experience before and I have never felt so unsafe to be in a public...

There are sit-down, "Slow-food" restaurants that have less class than this place. This tacbobell rocks! Whoever oversees the level of quality from staff to dining area has made a world of difference in what this particular location used to be. I grew up coming to this tacobell and it has never been this efficient. The staff is courteous and friendly and they actually seem to enjoy their job. The eating area is for the most part kept clean. However there are some things to consider at this location:

• There's ALWAYS someone homeless just outside the door asking for money. ( i give when i can but I have a family to support.) • There's classical music playing. I personally LOVE IT and things its a good method to creating a calm, peaceful environment. I also think it diffuses negative attitudes. Some people hate it. I love it. • The restroom is usually very clean. There was one time, I went in and it was a mess. But one time In years... its fine with me. • They need a trash can closer to the condiments station. Then people wouldn't throw straw wrappers there. As far as overall quality of experience, I give this a high rank. because the quality of staff is solid. They take the non-confrontational approach first about wrong orders. I like that.

I cant say anything bad about this place. The location is in a heavily populated busy area so it appears to be safe at all...

My husband and I stop by to get us a little snack one evening last week and we came up to the window and the tall African American male with dreadlocks was very very rude very very short with me and he wasn't nice at all I think I said something to the fact of I was getting ready to tell him that the Taco Bell was so good it tasted like I made it at home and he just put his hand up and close the window and act as it as if I never said anything to him all I was doing was paying him a compliment that the food was great I am a chef international cuisine chef and I know good food I rarely eat at Taco Bell but I thought I would stop by and get it I will never ever go to that Taco Bell ever again my experience was terrible this is the Taco Bell at eastmont Mall in Oakland California thank you and you all have...
