If you look beyond the locality and the surrounding businesses, you will discover delicious soul food here. One night, I visited this place and noticed an elderly couple—an older woman at the cashier and her husband in the kitchen—preparing some amazing dishes. I ordered a combination plate with half chow mein, half fried rice, chicken, eggs, and extra shrimp, which was perfectly fine. While the shrimp was a bit dry, I preferred the fried rice over the greasy chow mein, so I'll overlook that this time. The best dried fried ribs 😋 I come from Dunnigan, CA. To get them, I also stop by when I have a doctor's appointment in San Francisco. It's a 2-hour drive for me because of the traffic, but if I'm coming from the city, I stop by, so I was there on Aug 31 and also Sept 5.
