So my wife left her ring after they didn't resize it the first time they messed up again and the diamond is missing this is uncalled for and shouldn't be an issue since we already paid for it and this is the second time they had a bad time with them so the first time they didn't resize it decided to the size it they way instead of my wife's suggestion she wanted now when she wanted it to get her resized again the second time because the review was bad and they wanted it taken down they did something even worse it came back missing Diamond so I took a picture of it and it's posted above I don't understand, I want our money back and I please don't go to them they don't listen to your issues and they didn't listen to her at all luckily he's gone for the whole month because if not he wouldn't hear the end of this we want our money back in our Diamond Back In The Wedding Band on I paid good money for it and now they have made it look ugly as hell my wife is ashamed to wear it now she cried bad too...

Took OVER 2 MONTHS to repair my mom's silver and onyx ring, which needed a single stone cut and re-set. I was told it would take around 10 days. Every passing week, I called and was told "next week," - 4 or 5 times in a row. This ring belonged to a close family member who passed, and every day it was off of my mom's finger, she grew increasingly anxious that it had been lost.

After so much time elapsed, I figured they would discount their service fee and offer profuse apologies - they did neither. Instead, they took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the delay whatsoever, choosing to crack a few tasteless jokes ("well, here it is - it's still silver...", whatever that means) rather than acknowledge this horrible service.

I would DEFINITELY not recommend anyone use this jeweler - the repair was fine, but nothing complex. Frankly, the whole experience made me feel lied-to and...

So I came to update my review because I was so happy about having my ring resized again, which it fits perfect but upon getting home I went to show my mom and while she was observing it, she noticed a diamond missing... and by that time the store was closed. So I don't know what happened but I do know I never had any issues until I got it sized again. Idk if sizing it could make the diamonds loose or what happened but it shouldn't be able to fall out. I've had a horrible time lately and this is just the icing on the cake. Had i known I would've kept my 90 dollars and just kept the ring in a box... now I'm out 90 dollars which I could use right now, and my wedding ring is missing a diamond. Don't get me wrong.
