Absolutely the worst place to take your tools in to trade. Brought in a Ryobi bolt cutter and drill with charger for a quick sale. Knowing it’s worth over $250. Was looking for around a $100, because I don’t use it and didn’t want to go through the hassle of listing it online. Instead the employee took his sweet time looking at it, checking if everything works. Then writing down $25 for the bolt cutter and $10 for the drill with charger. Even showed me the drills are selling for around $30 and the well used bolt cutters over $120 easily. And my tools were in great condition. The least this company could’ve done is be reasonable towards customers. Instead of offering me $35 and make a nice $115+ profit. So I left and went down the street to a different pawn shop called Buy Sell Loan Inc. They instantly after checking the tools offered me almost 2 1/2 times more then what I got from this company. It just showed me these are scammers and the person behind the glass counter does not know how to offer right prices. It’s just a lazy guy who doesn’t want to be there. And wants to offer the lowest prices everything. Don’t opt for the first place you go to, there’s scammers everywhere so be mindful of checking other places out also. Most of these reviews are probably fake because if you try and scam people like that. Whose going to want to return back to the business? Had a great pleasure doing business with Buy Sell Loan Inc. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking to selling tools. Stay away from these...

So after reading previous reviews I went in anyway with my pc tower. Brand new had it for less than a month. Barely touched it spent 300 before shipping. I expected them to offer 150 ish for it. I watched them look up my pc on eBay and hit 'sell one like this' button and list my pc for 20$ and they waited for 10 minutes. When it published they pointed to the screen and said it is what it is worth. In what universe can I get a 1terabyte anything for 20$. These guys are scum. I know they will throw up some well approving response with links to the listing and claim the situation was different. I just told them no deal and I have different buyers. They started trying to go up in 5$ increments and saying I'm being an idiot for trying to take it elsewhere. Whatever don't take your stuff to these guys dropped a cased guitar worth 300 new in store without a scratch on it for 50$ do you want guys like this stealing from you with disturbing business practices? Whatever their response may be, you should be wise to use other means to sell off...

Be careful. Only reason gave two stars is cas they help me win an argument with hubby!!! Got my wedding ring back it got stuck on my finger seemed smaller thought because I was pregnant. Once got it off been in jewelry box. Well TODAY they told me my ring weighs less then last time and is different to where the worth is different. Be careful THIS WAS THE ONLY Buisness that had touched it in the last couple of years, bought it that size and never got it sized down even bought spacers when I bought it 8 years ago. They had to be the ones to change the value, SO OWNERS BE WARE. I Thank God I have original receipts for everything I have ever taken there. Once they almost didn’t give me my I watch back because man behind counter copied the digits on the watch wrong ( under the band). Once I offered to go get the box they stopped playing with me, sorry ma’am he copied it wrong. BUT YOUR ATTITUDE WAS TOO EXCITED FOR IT...
