Powderface — Restaurant in Oakland

This has been my go to spot for about 6 years M-F for their Thunderbolt Iced Vietnamese Coffee. It is very convenient spot as it is next to the Fruitvale Bart Station. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu except for the smoothies. My favorites are the Thunderbolt, the Mexican Spiced Mocha and the Coconut Frappe. All the meals are made to order and the crepes and breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I’ve had their beignets a few times and they are divine. The girls that work the morning shift are friendly and always greet you with a smile. I have been coming here for so long the girls know exactly what I want and if they aren’t super busy they will have it made if they see me standing in the line. They pretty much know if it’s cold I want the Mexican Spiced Mocha and if it’s a normal warm day it’s the Thunderbolt. Rude customer service, After I ordered my breakfast I asked if there was a bathroom "nearby" the rude lady first said "No!" I have just traveled via public transportation all the way from Stockton and she talked to me as if I am familiar with this area and was just overall rude! Pointing her finger saying "go ask security" And bathroom over there (over where?!) Them security tells me he just does the parking lot and to ask another guy in uniform I ask him and he give me an attitude and tells me to take it up with management, I finally find a nice young gentleman who lets me use the bathroom. When I got back to Powerface I let her know how I felt disrespected by her and she can keep the meal and drink I just ordered!
