Temescal Plaza — Local services in Oakland

I live close to Temescal plaza. I like the Walgreen's and I pray they are not closing any time soon. Noah's bagels makes a good sandwich. Peet's is good, though I don't drink coffee. I often run into friends. I love our busy plaza, nearby restaurants, parklets, and businesses, but parking on Telegraph is a nightmare. Temescal Plaza parking is doable early mornings or late evenings. Walking is absolutely the best way to get to this place to conduct business. I have yet to check out the newest Whole Foods. They need to add more security in the parking lot, especially at night, because organized groups of thieves (I heard as many as three different groups) have been breaking into cars.
