Excellent customer service. Beautiful repair job on a treasured ring. After losing a diamond, I obtained estimates from all over the area to have the stone replaced. After lots of time spent comparing shops, I found that Robert Currens was by far the most knowledgeable and came in under most other quotes. He went above and beyond to not only replace the stone, but also improved the design of the ring to better secure the diamonds in place. This is something no other jeweler suggested to me. I stopped at Robert’s and was helped by Robert himself during my visit. I was shopping for an engagement ring (she said yes!) and I knew very little going into the process. While I did not make my purchase from Robert due to time constraints on my end of things, Robert’s knowledge and friendliness were incredibly helpful and made my decision very difficult.
