Don't waste your time! Shop online. The people skills of the the guys working there are very poor (at least those working 2-1-18) We needed a $4.00 grommit for a cable penetration in a desk. Needed for punch list for a new home that we built for a customer. My 80+ year old father was in the area and said he would pick it up. At the desk he realized he forgot his wallet. He offered to leave his watch and pay the next day. The clerk's comment was " we are not a pawn shop". Fortunately another customer who knew our company from a recent architectural review board meeting gave him a $5. I would expect that level of service from lowes or home depot, not a specialty shop that needs to encourage customers to make the out of the way trip, rather shop online. My brother and I were refinishing the top of a kitchen table. We needed a finish that would match the rest of the table and matching chairs. Having no idea what stain or clear coat we would need we took in one of the chairs as an example.

The guy working there took one look at the chair and immediately knew which stain and clear coat we needed. Looking at the jar we were a bit skeptical about his choices. However, when all was said and done he nailed it. The stain and clear coat were a perfect match.

I was in a hurry to grab a couple things on my lunch break. My fault, I was not paying attention to the total on the card terminal, signed and dashed. Next day I realized I was overcharged. I called the store, they pulled up the transaction, confirmed the error, and issued a credit on the spot. It is great to have all of those great woodworking tools and supplies in a store nearby where you can see and touch them.
