I am very upset with this establishment. I have been going here for 5 to 6 years faithfully every other day spending $40-$100 each time today I went in and I bought three Kratom shots and the person checking me out put my stuff directly in a bag and set it on the counter I then paid as she was talking to another customer and not giving me her full attention. I checked out I left. I got 10 minutes down the road and pulled out one of the Kratom shots and the seal was not on there and there was no stick or even saying what kind of Kratom it was. It could’ve been any of the five options, for example there’s 150 there is 215. I obviously got the highest one, but I don’t know what was really in that bottle because it could’ve been tampered with so I called the shop back and I tell them what I’m dealing with and they tell me that there’s nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a higher up they would not allow me . They said the manager was not there either. I think it’s really messed up to sell a product that is not intact with even the sticker of what it is, and I recommend that your cashiers don’t put people stuff in a bag without giving them their product first, so they can look at it. It was my mistake by by not looking at it, but I just trust the shop that I’ve been using for a very long time and then when I called, they said that I could’ve tampered with it. Well, I did not , and a discount for my next visit will not help me today to be able to put something in my system that I don’t know what it is when you buy something from a shop you expect that you can trust the product will take my business elsewhere and for somebody to talk to somebody higher up, I would allow them. Read moreAt first glance I was really excited. Nice smoke shop with a great variety. And then I made my first purchase. I get to the car and notice it's already been opened and a piece was missing. I go back on and alert the staff. They looked through and verify that I'm right, the piece is missing. They have another of the product I purchased in the shelf so the staff goes and looks through it. Mind you, it's already been opened too. THERE PIECES WERE MISSING FROM THAT ONE TOO. The staff offered me a lesser product, but other than that had no solution for this problem. I took it with the missing piece as it wasn't essential. It was just a back up mouthpiece. Quite upset, I go home. The staff was really apathetic honestly. I go home. So I go and load the vape pen I bought. Nothing happened. I made sure everything was on. I loaded it again. Once again, nothing. I tried everything I could think of to make it work. Nothing worked. I looked up videos. I tested the pieces on other Vapes I have. Nothing worked. So needless to say, I'm not happy. They sold me a pre-opened package with pieces missing. They didn't care that pieces were missing or that someone opened their imvinvent and took pieces out. Read moreI’ve spent $600 a week in this store, I know the employees by first name. I go everyday and buy my wife who has pancreatic cancer 7OHMZ Kratom tablets. The product helps her very much with pain. They were buy two get one free at $32.99 each. They said that their promotion ran out and no longer offer the product. They buy the product through OPMS which is another brand of Kratom capsules. I asked if all the opms products lost the promotion and they said no. Just the one product that I buy $500-$700 a week of. Now my wife has a tolerance for the tablets and is either forced to take a smaller dose and be in pain (not an option for me) or my bill rises 33% I also have been loyal and have referred 30 or more of my friends and family to xfusion. Unfortunately, they are the only shop that sells the product. I really liked the store, I spoke so very highly about the owners and their employees.
