Hello, my name is Angelica. I was originally not going to write about the issue I had last night at this location, but thinking more about it something has to be said. Me and my boyfriend ordered a medium cheese pizza and Hershey's brownie around 5:10 pm January 22, 2016. It got to our apartment at 5:57. Which wasn't a problem considering it was around dinner time and pizza places are usually a little more traffic heavy in the customer department. Anyway, everything went pretty smoothly. Until, that is, we got to opening the brownie. I went to go but the large block of brownie (I'm not sure if it was supposed to be pre-cut, but it wasn't.) and to my dismay it was completely raw besides about a cm around the edges. So, as you can imagine, I was unable to even cut it. Like any normal customer, I called this location that delivered to us. A nice girl answers and gives her phone intro and I told her that my brownie was raw. She proceeds to say "Let me get my manager. You don't have to worry about it." Next the manager comes on the line and I explain my issue which she replies (and this is quote for quote.) "Our brownies come to us cooked and we just throw it in the oven. Sooooooo, I don't know what you want me to do." So, I say "Well, its completely raw-" She stops me to say "Hmmm wellllll soooooooooo." Just making all these noises. Finally, I suggest I come in to the actual store to show her my raw brownie if she thinks I'm lying. And she says "Yeah. Okay, do that. We'll put another in the oven for you." Mind you I paid a delivery fee of 3.00, I suggested I go in because I expected her to be like oh no, I'm so sorry we will fix it or refund it or send someone with another to your house etc., but that wasn't the case. So, me and my boyfriend go in and wait at the counter. It took a couple of minutes for someone to acknowledge us (Friday night. Understandable.) The girl at the counter was so sweet and apologetic. She got our new brownie out of what seems to be a warmer and turns to her manager and says "Is this theirs?" And the manage replies " I want to see it." (referring to our original raw brownie). Not yes or any possible answer. So, I open the box containing the raw brownie and start to show her that is literally raw. She says "Well I don't know what to tell you. All of our brownies are like that." as she's opening up the new brownie that looks to be less raw and more firm. What kills me is that NOT ONE TIME did she apologize or offer to fix it. I had to initiate any kind of problem solver suggestion. Also, when we got back to our apartment we went to go cut the brownie and the middle was still on the raw side. I popped it in my personal oven for 7-8 minutes and it was perfectly cooked. Such a disappointment. It may be a cheaper option, but I'm willing to pay extra for quality product and kind service from the Domino's...
Read moreI completed a review about the order I placed and the service I received and because of the issues I had a person called me and inquired about what was wrong with my services. I let her know that one after receiving the text that the driver was on the way it took him almost an hour to go 5 minutes down the road to where I lived from there restaurant. Then when we did receive the Pizza and other items that we had placed for an order the pizza was burnt and cold. And because it was burnt and cold it tasted like nasty cardboard. The lady that I had spoken to who seemed extremely nice and understanding assured me that she was giving me a credit for the amount of money ($25.00) that I wasted on that pizza for that night but all I would have to do is call into the store to place my order. Not even 24 hours later I decided to take them up on their offer. After calling them and giving them both of my phone numbers they were unable to locate the so-called credit that I was supposedly given. I found this to be very upsetting and disheartening. Although the assistant manager is willing to look into it and find out what has transpired I am finding it very difficult to believe that they are going to make anything right because of this previous experience. I had planned on ordering pizza for supper tonight because of that credit and now I'm not going to do business until I know that they are going to honor but the first person had said. I have been going and ordering pizza and other things from this Pizza Hut for the last 3 years at least two times a week I would get pizza from there and now because of how things are going I'm not sure if I...
Read moreThis is the closest pizza place so we go here from time to time when we’re desperate or lazy. The pizza here is absolutely terrible. Idk if it’s just this place or Pizza Hut in general, but this is disgusting. I mean that literally, I bought pizza here this evening and it’s completely inedible. Like I get chain pizza can only be so good but this is worse microwaved gas station pizza. It’s not that it’s bland or processed tasting, it has a BAD TASTE AND HORRINLE SMELL. It’s every time we go here. I always give it the benefit of the doubt, but no longer dude. The pizza here is Gross. The crust is like if you flattened a loaf of bread and cooked it on one side. The sauce and cheese are wtvr but the worst part is the grease. It’s like they dump STINKING dirty fryer oil on it before they put it in the oven, it is SOAKED in oil and It drips down you hands and STINKS UP your clothes if gets on you while you eat it, and the pepperoni tastes and smells like Vienna sausages. We’ve been here maybe 5 times since we moved into the area and every time it’s been the same. I always assumed it was human error but i just don’t know anymore. There’s no emotion behind this review either. I’m not upset or disappointed at all. It’s...
