Midtown Station — Restaurant in Ocala

Sept. 2024. We walked in for the first time and was not greeted by anyone/host. The place had 5 people at the bar. I asked the ice cream Spaggotto girl "Do we seat ourselves?" She, in a daze, said "What?" She then said the menu kiosk is over there and pointed. We spent 20 minutes trying to order from the kiosk which was not working and we were unable to order. Not one person came over to see if we needed help! Not the bartender nor others bussing tables. If I want a stone cold atmosphere with no one greeting us and explaining how restaurant works and no assistance or interaction from staff when they see a customer at the kiosk for 20 minutes trying to order and unable to, I'll go to the food court at the Paddock mall where your on your own. At least there we can go shopping after eating!!! We left Midtown Station extremely disappointed and...

Wasn't impressed. Had to order through a kiosk. Most of the restaurants will NOT take cash. Ended up eating at the coffee shop. The 2 gentleman were very nice and the food was delicious. They take cash. Tried to order from the chicken place. You have to pay through the kiosk. It automatically adds a tip! There was an issue and we got our food for free. Beware! The sides are very small! The Gelato place was closed. Tried to order pizza from the pizza place and it said sold out on the kiosk! Asked the girl standing behind the counter with her hands in her pockets and she said they were out of dough! We liked the biscuits and gravy from the coffee shop. We will definitely be back to eat there. Will not try the other places. It's too bad because it could be a nice place to meet up with friends but they need to fix some...

Couldn’t even find the place because there was no name on the top of the building. Went inside and there were 3 food places and a big space for seating at the bar , as well as the famous spaghetti ice cream in the corner and a cafe with a lounge. The shawarma was good. The magherita pizza didn’t taste really good, and looks exactly as the picture depicts on the screen. Looked and tasted like a cheese pizza with basil and no tomatoes on top. The favorite place would be the ice cream, and I do love how the machine didn’t work so they replaced my ice cream and gave me a new one. Would be more better if there were different food types...
