I love Albert Music Hall. The crowd is mostly older which is disappointing because they make such wonderful music there. And I hope they will be around a long time so new people need to keep going for it to continue on. I'm happy my kids appreciate going. They're in their 20s now living out of state. On a recent trip back to the area my daughter requested going there. It was one of the things she missed. To our surprise one of my kids former 4-H leaders son/grandson was playing fiddle at 15 years old with a full band. They were incredible. So was everyone else that night. This is definitely a place to check out if you love Bluegrass music with some country music too. Check it out anyway. Maybe you'll find out that you like Bluegrass and didn't even know. And bring the kids. And stay for the second half. We saw the most incredible girl from Nashville that night. I've never been in the pickin' she'd but I hear that's pretty amazing too. I understand you can bring your instrument there. I don't play so I haven't done that but if I could I would. Light snacks and drinks are available for purchase along with CDs and Albert Music Hall knick knacks and cookbooks. All purchases and donations help keep it open. Wonderful place. Go early so you can check out the artifacts on the walls all...
