BLOC Dispensary - Waretown — Local services in Ocean Township

I go to this place very often was extremely upset again over the same man named Johnny very rude tried calling us liars now for the 5 the time; us having to bring in proof of where a friend works who is in medical industry for past 15 years !!! I've never had an issue with anyone else but when w 2 s and informationthru paystubs to have prove that she's in the medical industry , then asked if this finally verified !? And it was confirmed wouldn't be an issue again !!! and then for that to someone say they will call there job to confirm, normally wouldn't be an issue but when you work in a medical field that can cost someone there job .... I never put up anything negative on reviews but this is now the 5th time this has happened, I hope there can be better ways of handling situations without calling people liars.... I've spent sooo much money here and only with this man have I ever had an issue continuously even if he's helping another customer will run over to cause an issue; feels extremely singled out and discriminated against... 5 the time having to prove that she is in the medical field.... But I would like to say everyone else is extremely helpful n well qualified and has always been a pleasure even if it's a wait they are curituius and knowledgeable,it's sad when one bad egg tries causes issues every time because rest of the staff...

if there was a zero star option i would click it. i’ve been to every new dispensary around here and this one is by far the worst. the staff is very unprofessional and have no knowledge on weed. i’ve been in there multiple times where people are asking about different brands and the difference between sativa and indica and they weren’t even able to fully explain it. if you’re working at a dispensary you should have a decent amount of knowledge about it. the sales are a joke, 5% off yet it’s still the same price it would be if i were to just get it without the sale. for anyone reading this, i recommend indigo dispensary in brooklawn and brutes roots in egg harbor. a bit of a drive but is so so worth it. amazing staff, amazing knowledge, and best of all ACTUAL sales and discounts :) do better bloc , thanks also to add on from reading your responses to other reviews, your priority shouldn’t be just medicinal users, it should be all of your customers so everyone could have a good experience and want to come back. baffled at how you think you run a good dispensary. i’ll be sure to make sure people stop...

Manager Johnny instantly escalated a return request. Made a non confrontational situation confrontational for no reason. Will not return to this store again. It is amazing that one person can so confidently let you know that you don’t matter when we have choices.

To be clear. I had no problem with the manager Johnny asking questions. I fully expected to have a conversation about the faulty product. I did not expect that manger Johnny would choose to lead with his ego and make the situation about control. He was very clearly in control of the situation. He let me know very clearly the fact that I was a consistent customer with no previous issues meant nothing him. He made it clear that my future business meant nothing to Bloc. Message received.
