I just got home from a wonderful experience at JJ Jeweler. I had my wedding ring (24 years old) and my mother's wedding set (77 years old) cleaned and checked to make sure the settings are intact. I chatted with the owner and she was incredibly pleasant. We even discovered we had some common knowledge about their previous location in Wilmington, NC. They cleaned and examined both pieces no charge and gave me advice on checking the settings every 6 months. It was quick, efficient and friendly. Donna and JJ were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond my expectations! I lost 3 diamonds in my engagement ring and the whole band was bent in 2 places after setting up my RV for a weekend of camping. I was referred by a neighbor to JJ jewelers, and they were able to fix the entire engagement ring within several days. It looks absolutely stunning (and almost brought me to tears!). Great spot that i was able to find to help fix my chain and my son's chain. I was not expecting to have both of them fixed in the same day but they were able to do it and it worked out as it was just in time for our trip. I also bought a thicker gold chain for my son and it was reasonably priced and great service over all. This will be my new go to spot for all of my future jewelry needs. Highly recommended to...
