So I have updated my review to 5 stars and it is well deserved! After my initial concerns Lorriel the owner reached out to me and explained the reason for my rescheduling and listened to my conerns. I scheduled my plasma pen with her and I have to say she is absolutely phenomenal! Sweet, caring, knowledgeable and gentle. She really knows what she is doing. Plus she's is the owner so she is not going anywhere. I highly recommend scheduling with her. I feel very well taken care of with her!

Now as far as the actual treatments I've gad done I have had wonderful results. 2 plasma Pens for acne scars, 2 kybella treatments for under chin and around the jaw line and 1 IPL laser facial for pigmentation. Every treatment I have felt really well taken care of, comfortable and plus they give you a glass of champagne while you wait in the super relaxing waiting room.

I can not rave enough about this place! I will continue to be coming here for my cosmetic treatment!

As of right now I have mixed feelings about this place. I went in for a consultation for plasma pen (acne scars) and Kybella and that went great. Very nice, clean, calming but unfortunately they have had to cancel and reschedule my plasma pen appointment 2 times due to staff leaving which definitely makes me feel uneasy, especially after you go in and have a consultation with the person who is going to do it and ask about their experience and just to get the general feel of that person. So that is disappointing. Additionally if you are going to reschedule someone 2 times I feel like maybe a small gesture would go a long way like $ off of your treatment or something in that fashion.

Also I can see that there is alot of miscommunication at the office. After the consultation I called back 2 times to ask a specific question about the procedure and when I asked about finance or care credit the front fesk girl was not very helpful or knowledgeable.

I did go and have the kybella done before all of this and thus far great experience with that.

Don’t go here! They scammed me out of $1200 for Kybella injections. A bunch of scammers especially the owner, who defended her employee of course for giving misleading information! Amanda is the person who told me I’d need to purchase two $600 treatments of kybella that day and that each treatment was $600. I asked why can’t I just do one and see how that goes? She said, she recommended I get two that day. She said I’d be good with that and would see a significant change on my chin within 6 weeks.. I’m not sure what she injected me with or if it was the amount I was paying for! Could’ve been water for all I know, since it didn’t feel numb or anything..After 6 weeks I saw no change! I went back and saw Amanda and she compared before and after photos and said there was no change! She then went to get the owner, she told me I would need to pay for more treatments to get results. My chin is not that bad to have to spend over $1200 for no results. Better off getting laser lipo somewhere else for...

I can not say enough about how wonderful Gentle touch is. I have been considering botox for well over a year, but I have a severe needle phobia and have chickened out every time. My original consult was with Krista and she was so patient and kind in answering all of my questions and concerns. She thoroughly explained the process to me and told me tools they could use during my appointment to make me more comfortable. I decided to go ahead and book because I felt like I was in good hands.

Laura was the one who actually performed my injections and she was absolutely incredible. She was so gentle and patient and kept checking to make sure I was doing ok the whole time. It ended up being WAY easier of a process than I expected and I am so happy I finally did it.
