We are at the restaurant right now and this has been by far the worst experience we’ve had in a restaurant. We have been here for 47 minutes and they didn’t even bring plates and silverware. I am pregnant and we have a kid with us. They are serving all the other tables before us, people who got here after us. This is absurd! We are used to coming here every week but this is our last time in this place. The environment is super quiet, they don’t play any background music or anything. So uncomfortable. The service is TERRIBLE!!! All the other tables are mad at this moment because of the service. This has happened to us before in this restaurant, at least 3 or 4 times but we kept coming here because we like the food. But you know what? There are many other Japanese restaurants in the Orlando area. Don’t waste your time...
