Yall if I can give this place a ZERO star I would. We confirmed TWICE the time, for her (JULIE) to message me the day of, 2 hours before, if I can come in early. I’m an understanding person so i was willing to skip washing my hair to get there a little earlier so she can pick up her kids. This lady wants to then charge me $20 for washing my hair. I asked for my security deposit back and she IMMEDIATELY blocked me on social media. So I went on her other page commenting to send my money back, she blocked me and said “ Deposits are not refundable I do reschedules if the time is not suitable.” Like girl??? The time I SENT the deposit and confirmed TWICE was suitable. VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend.
