Been A Customer For Almost 10 Years. Brought Multiple Stuff From This Location. Never Ever Had A Problem With Delivery Or Anyone Being Unprofessional. Yesterday (10-17-25) I had a washer and dryer delivered. The delivery guys i could not communicate with..which is not a problem but they did not even try to communicate. They did call the store manager (who was super Super Unprofessional) And there was a misunderstanding. This is why there should be communication with delivery drivers too to avoid any miscommunication. This is the absolute worst experience I've had with Aaron's. I sent the washer and dryer back. I drove 32 miles to file a complaint on the drivers and the store manager did nothing but defend them. She gave a half ass apology. Oh and did I mention they broke a cowboy figurine that belonged to my dad (he passed). My mom had just given it to me when she was able to part with it. Guy bumped into my entrance table on the way out. Store manager said there was nothing she could do but have a talk with these guys. And I would have to file a claim to replace what was broken. That is irreplaceable. Store manager said what was needed to say but was super heartless about the whole situation. I will never ever again buy from Aaron's. They lost a loyal customer. Read moreWe ordered a washer and dryer on the 23rd, then found out the order was canceled several days later because they couldn't reach me to set up a delivery time. I never received a call to set up delivery for my first order. I set up a second order and did receive a call to set up delivery on the 28th. They said it would be here the 2nd at 10:30, even though the website specified that I should get delivery within 2-3 days. I was fine with this because they said their schedule was booked. The morning of the 2nd I called to check that my order was coming and they said that it would be here between 10:30 and 6. At 5 I called again because it was nearing the end of the day and I still had not received a 30 minute courtesy call. They said I was not even on the schedule and would not receive my order until Monday. This is unacceptable. They said they would "try to fit us in" because they still had delivery drivers out. I am unsure if I will be able to do laundry for my family because this company keeps giving me the run around. If I had a chance to do it over I would have gone with a different company. Well we were still charged because they only took off the washer and dryer when they got everything. Called to get my money back. They said it would take 5-7 Buisness days it has been two weeks Not including weekends. I called the customer complaint line they said someone would contact me in three Buisness days and have not heard from the said district manager. Called customer complaints again and on hold for over an hour. They made my bank negative and I got charged the fees because of them.
