Artis Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Odessa

We were here for 3 hours and 2 hours in were told our ticket was lost, and then we were told it would be out asap and we still proceeded to have to wait an entire hour to get our food. And then as we had been sitting there for well over 2 hours a waitress comes over to ask for our highchair for another customer which is highly unprofessional. Every single table that was seated after us was served, parties larger than 10 people could all get their food before our party of 2 and a baby. And no attention was drawn to our table until a man at the table next to us spoke up for us since no staff was coming to check on our table and that’s when they finally had realized that we had no food no drink refills nothing. They eventually gave us our food on the house but still an incredibly frustrating experience especially when we were very excited to try...

Went to try this place since we saw that it was advertised and highly recommend. What we found was they greet you right away telling you to sit anywhere you like. The first waitress took our drink order, served them then recommended a few dishes but never came back to take our order. We sat there for at least 30 minutes before the cashier noticed us and took our order. The food was good but definitely not for the price. Another waitress delivered our food and refilled my husband's water but no one ever came back to check and make sure we were ok not even our 1st waitress who passed by our table several times never evened acknowledged us...

Its great so far today is 2nd day going at lunch we waited 45 minutes 1st time & about 30-35 minutes today im guessing cause its still new, food is always delicious i recommend baked cannelloni, thats the photo i took that shows whats inside, it does say on menu it has spicy sauce & thats the only reason i got it, the 1st time we went our dishes were baked lasagna & tour of sicily which comes with alfredo, lasagna & chicken Parmesan my husband gets it every time he highly recommends, we recommend eating here & we definitely...
