If I could rate this any lower I would. The WORST experience ever. We ordered a quinceañera packet that ended up not coming in the color that we had asked for. She refused to order new product. On top of that they offer a “quinceañera bear” in replacement of the doll, that ended up being a stuffed bear that you can get from the dollar store. It didn’t look like the ones we had been originally shown. They then refused to replace the bear because “it was the lady’s fault who makes them”. she was rude and when we wanted the girls dresses shorter she refused when she was supposed to have ordered them 2 weeks ago she would have had enough time because they were supposed to come in two week early and she thought we didn’t know spanish and told someone that we just wanted to show our “ass” which was rude . and she didnt want to alternate it when she charged the girls for it so the girls had to wear the dresses and pin it even so it wouldn’t be lose .i do not recommend her...
