They took my money and lied saying it’s a Failed attempt at a free tire never nor will I ever need anything free from this company. They also put online that I slashed my husband’s tires which was also a lie and very weird that they would say that because his tires were slashed by an ex the first 4 months we were together 3 years ago haha it’s on my personal account very unprofessional Which is probably why they work in the service they work to begin with just a bunch of liars and thieves.. If I could put zero stars I would for the second time we pay for roadside hazard warranty we come in a year later and they say we don’t have it either someone is stealing from the company or the company it’s self are stealing from people. The manager (JORDAN) is the most unprofessional man ive ever met i went to get 4 new tires 1 day they broke 3 studs and refused to fix it long story short i drove to midland and the SHOP over there fixed it. Todays date i bought warranty for my tires so if anything happened i get a free replacement mind you he said nothing when I walked into the store then proceeded too help me then said oh wait your lifetime band then when i said ok ill just go to midland he started yelling and yelling again talking about respect and i owe an apology mind you both times he came up to me first refused to help me with my tire after the worker even said THATS NOT GOOD after reading other reviews, i see thats his natural behavior. Customer service was great! Service on vehicle was not so great. So im told that the tire light stays on until you put a few miles on the vehicle which makes sense. My job consist of driving daily 2 days later still have a tire light on. So i take it to another tire shop and they check the air pressure and all tires are low in air. As he is putting air in my tires he points out a lug nut missing. So i call the place and the person tells me... Well bring your car back and we will see if we have it or if it was already missing... Seriously!!!! Not to mention i have no time to be going back and forth for their mistake!!!! If you take your vehicle for any work make sure you triple check it before you drive off!!! NOT HAPPY!!!
