I will not be coming back to the Moore location. I’ve been going to this place pretty regularly for almost 2 years. At first, the staff at the time were honest and helpful. When I ordered online, it would be filled and they would honor my discounts. However, for the last 6 months I have had bad business experiences. On multiple occasions my online orders haven’t been filled and once I get there they are either out of what I order or it wasn’t pulled at the time I placed it. On multiple occasions I’ve been duped out of the prices or discount. For example, I ordered online on 4/20 at like 9am and waited for 4 hours with the website still saying “pending”. I called 4 times and it went straight to VM. I finally go Up there and was told they didn’t pull the order and that the stuff I ordered was no longer available. I was told I’d get 50% my next time coming in. I go in the next time and mentioned the 50% off and the same dude who said I’d get the discount stated he didn’t know what I was talking about. They just had a $50 popcorn oz THE ENTIRE WEEK until Aug 4th. I call and ask about it and they stated I had a $50 oz on my account and the other would be full price… interesting. I go in and state that I guess I had a $50 oz and the other full price $59. The girl charged me $59 for both after confirming that one was 50 and the other 59. I had to go back in there and get my $9 back when BOTH should’ve been $50. I’ve gone in there and been told “I look rough”, “my shoes are ugly”, “I’m angry and have an attitude” in front of other customers. That’s rude. I go because I have insomnia at night and one time I consulted with a bud tender and stated that I want something that puts me to sleep and she instead gives me something that I had a bad reaction to and was more of a sativa. Multiple experiences like these. I go because it’s convenient and I’ve been going there for almost 2 years but I’d rather travel to Edmond or Yukon than deal...

Always awesome customer service . The 1/2 off deal when you bring a new person is awesome I would bring a new person every time I went .

The point deal was and seemed pretty legit in the beginning I racked up a good amount then they disappeared and it got confusing . But when I was earning them I was able to use them on straight product with out spending cash . It was a nice security for a rainy 🌧 day . Now it's kinda bogus I have to still spend cash to use the points I earned when I spent cash all the last times ⏲️.

But with all that said they always have top notch 👌 flower and a veritety. And always top notch customer service when I walk in there .

I don't know there names but the white tall dude with the dreads is one of the best employees there and also the light skind girl with the shorter black hair . Always very cool to deal with .
