Five stars from mom and four thumbs up from my boys! Seeing their names spelled out in super hero donuts that they could share with their classmates made their day. The order was perfect and ready right on time, and the customer service my husband received when he picked up the donuts was above and beyond what was expected. I had to select a little bit later pickup time than I originally wanted because—to my surprise—they make and decorate the donuts fresh each morning. I had just assumed they made them day the before, so this was welcome news. We were still able to pick up our 46 donuts very early and with plenty of time to get back home with them before leaving for school at 7:15. I recently visited 5 Star Donuts with lofty expectations, eager to indulge in their sweet treats. While the apple fritter and old-fashioned donut I purchased were freshly baked, unfortunately, they fell short in the flavor department. Despite their appealing appearance, both donuts lacked depth and tasted somewhat bland.

On a positive note, the associates were warm and welcoming upon entry and during checkout, showcasing exceptional customer service. Their friendly demeanor made the visit pleasant, even if the donuts didn't quite hit the mark.

Went here based on the reviews, was not disappointed, in fact I remarked, "this is the best donuts I think I've ever had." This was in regards to the glazed Bismark donut filled with bavarian creme. It was fresh, literally still warm, light dough which was crisp. The filling and glaze were well balanced and very yummy. I also had a burrito that tasted fresh and with good ingredients including eggs, cheese, sausage, and hash browns. The boston square was also delicious, very light and flavorful.
