Eagle One Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

LONG BUT READ! : Ok so let me start off by saying me and my family “normally” loves Eagle one pizza & we usually order from the MWC location but I recently moved & We have only tried this location twice. The 1st time my boyfriend picked up the pizza & bread sticks himself & it was great as usual, but the 2nd we decided to get it delivered (even tho we live only 3-5 min away) we were just too tired. So I called & placed my order around 8 which was a single topping L pepperoni pizza & 8 buffalo wings. The girl on the phone said 45-60 min for it to be delivered which didn’t really bother me because MOST places deliver before the ETA or around it. A whole hour goes by & I called to see if the pizza was even out the door & the girl said “yes it’s gone so he should be there any minute “ another 25-30 min go by & around that time we didn’t even want the pizza anymore, but the delivery guy called and we ended up paying for the food which we didn’t get until 9:48 . The pizza was cold & disgusting my wings were cold and didn’t even taste like buffalo wings at all. I called the next day(had to call twice because the manager ignored the message) he automatically knew which complaint I was calling about & I didn’t come off rude or disrespectful to him but he instantly started cutting me off & saying my information was incorrect, that’s why we should have called the night before ( even tho it says they close @9) he kept saying he was there until 11 we should have called and brought the food back. I wanted a refund & he said if he’d do so he wouldn’t deliver to my address or phone number ever again and I was completely fine with that because I’d rather Drive 3-5 min to pick up my food than wait over a hour &20 min again. Don’t get food delivered just...

Don't get me wrong. I love their pizza. However, tonight I called in our pizza at 6:20 and they said it would be done in 35 mins. So we got there at 7:00, waited in a long line, got to the counter and the girl rang me up. I asked if our pizza was ready and she said it would be 7-8 mins more. Should have already been done. I waited and waited. 20 MINUTES LATER we got our pizza!!! I'm thinking they lost our order like they did last time.

Same thing happened the last time we went there. They said 30 mins. We got there 30 mins later and waited in line for 20 mins, the guy at the register went back to the kitchen, then came out and said, "OK, we found your order". I said, "Does this mean you haven't even started it?" He said he didn't know. YEAH SURE!! 35 mins later, we finally got our pizza. It was well over an hour after we called that time also. I asked one of the girls if we could have something to compensate us for waiting so long and she smirked at me and said, "What would you like, Ma'am? What would make you happy? How about a free two liter?" I started to ask, "How about a free pizza??"

These people need to move and get a bigger place, bigger kitchen and get more organized. They have great pizza, but their customer service isn't too good and they always underestimate how long it's going to take. Plus, they never ask you if they can give you something to compensate for your time you've wasted waiting there, after they've lost your order and/or taken way longer to make it than they told you...

Went to place a take out order in the restaurant with one of the servers/ cashiers. Gave them my name and was told it would be a 15min wait. I replied “thats fine” and went out to my vehicle to wait the 15 minutes for order to cook. I walk back in and told one of the girls my name and she went to go check. However , the girl that took my order came up front with another customers order for them and also asked my name.like she didn’t remember me. I told her my name again and she informed me that since i went out to my car she thought i told someone else to come pick up my order. Apparently, because someone else came in there stated the same name as me they just gave my order away. Sounds like they didn’t even verify if it was their correct order either. The girl stated we can make another order, but i was upset and did not want to wait another 15 minutes for the another order for her just to possibly give it away again due to her negligence. I stated i just wanted a refund and the girl gave me cash with a “good riddance “ expression on her face. I’m not against hiring teenagers for hire, but they definitely need to under stand there are going to be people with the same name in this world and verify an order before just giving it away along with not jumping to conclusions ,just because someone wanted to wait in their vehicle.
