EZPAWN — Local services in Oklahoma City

I used to have a decent experience at this place even considering how nonchalant and slow the staff were to do much of anything. Now, I will not be going back. The new GM has the interpersonal and customer service skills of a barnacle and everyone is still slow and lazy about every task, which from what i can tell isn't much. I was recently in between jobs and needed to get a loan on my Playstation 4 game system, now after I got it back it doesn't work. It obviously worked perfectly when I took it to them or they would not have accepted it not would I have come back for the console. I have tried everything besides a factory reset and it always needs to check the database and then restart when completed. The thing about it is that it doesn't restart, it freezes in the limbo between "on" and "off." It kind of boggles my mind that I have been doing business with EZ Pawn for over a decade now, with an emaculate percentage for paying my loans and retrieving my belongings, and it now means nothing to them. I have no reason to return...to this...

I was scammed by this store really bad. I bought a heavy duty gas generator that starts but only pushes electric out for 1-2 seconds and I bought it to run my fridge and deep freeze to keep everything from spoiling while the electric is out for 7-10 days. They straight up scammed me with a smile on their face. I would never try and scam a poor person just trying to save their food in the house during a power outage. Don’t buy anything from this place. When I asked to return it and put the money back on my card the manager chance was dancing for some reason to music playing on their speakers and told me he cannot give cash back which is not what I wanted. I just say this....be aware and observant when you go in there. There are certain employees in there that think they slick. My husband and son went into this establishment to pawn my his PS5 and the employee was telling my husband that either the HDMI or the console was not working right and that my husband could leave for him to fix it. But the thing is while my husband is plugging the cord into the console this employee was holding on to the end of the HDMI cord that you hook into the TV saying it not working but he didn't realize my son was watching him. Again please be aware when going in there especially if you are pawning any type of gaming...
