Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Upon picking up my order the Front counter worker has asked me what I do for work more than once at this location to the point he made me feel uncomfortable enough to make this review.

He Said he he’s just trying to make small talk but he comes off rude and it’s just weird. The first time he asked me I just replied “I do a lot of work.” He made comments under his breath after I signed my receipt a was walking out the door.

Asking how someone’s day is normal customer service, not being rude to me then asking me what I do for work without any prior conversation, very unprofessional in my Opinion. I also forgot to order marinara but I thought I clicked it an he said you didn’t get it. I asked to see the receipt to make sure an he said I wouldn’t tell you that you didn’t order it if you did…. I’m just double checking so I don’t pay for it twice because ppl make mistakes an I obviously did cause I didn’t check the marinara box. Don’t mean to be a Chad but this dudes customer service conversions made me feel uncomfortable.

My husband has been wanting the Quesapizza. Decided tonight was the night. I ordered online before I left work, with a pick up time of 530, because I wasn't sure how long it would take. I got there at 515. He found my order, finished ringing it up and told me it would be a few minutes. I was early so...no big deal. After I had been there a few minutes, they called the name of someone waiting. They stood up and left. And I waited. The cook's family(?) came in and he walked them to the car with food. And I waited. I waited and waited. 40 minutes later, I asked about my order. The man at the counter went to check. The cook told him it was ready and upfront. The man checked. It was there. Nothing had been put up front for more than 10 minutes. So mine had been there for over ten minutes. So why did I need to enter the time I wanted to pick up, if it's just a suggestion? We have ordered multiple multiple times from this location since we have lived in their delivery area. Last time was horrible with over a 2 hour wait during the power outage. I had ordered before I left work thinking it would be delivered about the same time or shortly after I got home. The estimated delivery time was 30-50 minutes. I made 2 calls to customer service when after I was assured the delivery driver would be there within 15 minutes I had waited an additional 45. I chalked it up to they are probably busy with the power outage etc. Gave them another chance. Tonight I ordered again and we are now at the 2 hour mark again. Called customer service tonight at 6:54 and was told approximately 20 minutes. Here we are again its 7:45 and no pizza yet. My order confirmation email arrived at 5:44 pm with a delivery time frame of 30-40 minutes. I believe I'm done with ordering from this location. Dont do it unless you want to wait over 2 hours for...
