House Of Pain — Local services in Oklahoma City

I was overcharged at checkout on a Friday, my pay date for a $129 total. My card was ran for $1290. This essentially took my entire paycheck. I had all my bills scheduled to be withdrawn from my account the following Monday. I called immediately and was told to call back when a manager was there, I did so, then my phone number was taken down, I got no return call. By Sunday I still hadnt heard back. When I called on Sunday the staff would not even take my calls or speak to me. They just answered the phone and hung it up. I went in person Monday, after all weekend of my family having no money and my bills overdrawing my account. Just to be told that there was nothing to be done by their staff for the money that was taken or the awful customer service I had experienced. I have disputed the charge, but unfortunately my card issuer cannot issue me any credit or funds until they cooperate or 90 days has passed. I have never experienced anything like this. My family has been set so far back financially, and this was so preventable. Does anyone know who the owner of this business is? Surely they would not condone...

Wow! This place actually really incredible, I just wish that I had given it a chance and took the time to check it out a long time ago tbh.

First, they have a nice variety of of different types of products in a few different categories, offering body jewelry, candles, incense, and lots of different kinds of tobacco accessories and tools/necessities, and more.

And the second thing I really HAVE TO MENTION is just how affordable this place is!! That’s the thing that really surprised me, and I’m incredibly grateful to have given this place a chance! A lot of similar places really seem to enjoy overcharging, but not HOUSE OF PAIN!!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and also very helpful and efficient.

This place deserves 10 stars in my opinion.

I rarely really take the time to leave reviews for just anywhere, but this place deserves a few minutes of my time to share my experience here and hopefully lead another person who is looking for a new “go to spot” for these...

The ladies that work here are so freaking RUDE!! Everytime I come, I swear I leave in a worse mood. Just as smiles are contagious, negativity can be just as well! They're just so unnecessarily unpleasant... Although their hours of operation are extremely convenient at times, I try to avoid this place at all costs. Side note- Beware of purchasing size specific items based on their employee's "professional recommendation". I once gave a detailed description of a piece I had just purchased & was guaranteed that the accessories I purchased were the correct size..They weren't. When I returned with the still brand new items, obviously unused with the tags still intact, I was denied a refund or even a discount on the proper size of the same item, leaving me stuck with $100 worth of merchandise that was utterly useless to me. Customer service & satisfaction just doesn't exist...
