Only reason I give this place is three stars is for the food really good food horrible and I mean horrible customer service you walking in you literally have to seat yourself wait at least three to five minutes before a server or waitress comes up and ask you what you would like once you receive your food that's only customer service to get they don't even come back and ask you if everything's okay you like refills nothing but yet when the people that come and drink beer oh yeah they're up them oh you want to refill I'll get you a refill but one that goes with family don't expect a great customer service they should really train they're waitresses to attend to their customers not just the ones they're buying alcohol beverages.... at least know how to manage them because half the time they're just standing there not doing nothing just joking around poor management from the looks of it

Read moreTerrible service they don't deserve a one star, I am not one to judge but this was a pretty bad experience! Place is dirty, we waited a long time for everything. We waited about 10 minutes to be approched, we waited 20 minutes to have order taken and we had to wait close to an hour to get our food! We had to wait about 20 minutes after we finished to get our receipt, then when I walk up to counter to pay there were 4 ladies behind the counter chitchatting at least 5 minutes before I was even looked at! Don't want to complain but they were about 4 tables with customers only! They were empty! They charge 2 taxes! They claimed they didn't know why the register was printing that, then decided to say that one was tax and the other was the tip! So now they don't suggest a tip amount but they already charge it into your bill. They do this to everyone in hopes that nobody will notice and no one will say anything! The tip has to be earned too! The service was terrible and their menu prices have changed but they don't fix it making people think that they cost one price when the price is different. I have been there several times with my family and gave them the benefit of a dought the first few times. last time I attended service had not changed at all. my wife had to get up Several times to ask for refills on our drinks after waiting about 30 min. for someone to get our order. Waitress seemed to only help men who were alone and the other waitress just visiting with with each other. I don't need to get extra attention but expect good service. My family and I were not the only ones receiving bad service. I will never go back to that location. Oh and not only that but when we finally got someone to finally serve us food.
