Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

My order time was 9:18pm on wednesday, june 8th, 2022. it was so horrible because the little girl who did our order on the intercom was for one rude, and two she was giggling and really distracted. It was so annoying and constant to the point where we were about to just cancel it and go somewhere else. She also got our ordwr so messed up, charging us for an extra pizza, and we got the meal so we needed a drink and she didnt even give it to us. When we went up to the car window she was being rude and talking to the boys in the back, and all they were doing were standing around on tiktok, with their phones to their ears. One kid in particular had pink hair and was chit chatting with her the entire time. It was ridiculous. And when we asked her for paper plates she had an attitude about it and gave us napkins because apparently they didnt have paper plates. Horrible service, horrible attitudes, get new employees. Will never go back to this one for sure. I ordered a bacon wrapped pizza was told 20 which was fine. But 45 minutes later I had to ask them about it an was told oh we forgot an it will be 20 minutes. Well when it came out they showed it to me, one whole lil pizza was very black burnt way bad an the other was half burnt, an they really asked me if this was ok. I said well noooo an I was then told it would be 30 to 45 minutes. An this after I had already been there an hour just to get the one pizza. So I ask for my money back an said I would just take the 2 classic pepperoni pizzas for $10. Well my first order was $34, an all they was trying to give me back was $3. Really if they can't do simple math they shouldn't be on the register an if they can't cook a pizza any better than that ( in a oven that does all the work) they shouldn't be...

They just need better caring staff with a manageable pace and attention to detail, the girls don't really help the older lady, the older lady takes her time in the system, trust me I get that........I have never walked in to little Caesars and had to wait for someone to scan my pizza and wings. Lady in the back making pizza, she didn't have gloves on and had her hands all up in the white shredded cheese container, the girls on the intercom......they get mad when you want the new deals and they huff and puff when you say your going to wait 15 to 20 mins, their always on their cell phones, no team work.....Listen don't rush, it takes care and love to make and cook the pizzas, have some compassion, team work, if your all just standing around, make yourself...
