Taqueria El Dolar — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I looked at how good the reviews for this place was and was excited to try it out since I’m never on that side of town. Once I got there I wasn’t greeted at all, I didn’t feel welcomed. I guess it had something to do with being a different race, i still chose to order the tacos. As I was waiting on my food I seen that the lady was adding my condiments on my tacos with NO GLOVES on, this is the same lady that took my order and didn’t wash her hands afterwards. Someone else was making my tacos and I guess she had finished them off. (I don’t know if this truck had running water) but regardless when your handling money or exchanging between customers you should wash hands and wear gloves at all times! It’s a PANDEMIC going on and if you are going to be preparing food at least take more precautions and stay sanitized AND WEAR GLOVES when preparing food! Horrible customer service. Love the food but the customer service is not IT!! How they gonna be mad that I told them that they didn’t make my order correctly. Like I get it, it happens but every time that I order it’s the same. It’s always the same lady that takes the order. I don’t know if she knows it’s me when I call but like come on. I have never went back and told them but the time that I do complain they get mad that I APPARENTLY ordered it like how they made it. The FINAL straw and what really pissed me off was that they tried to GASLIGHT my mother when she went to pick them up saying “you just called like a minute ago they not ready yet” like girl I called 20 mins ago and you said “it’ll be a 15-20 minute wait”, they really had her waiting another 20 mins for the order.😤 I had tried to not say anything but like I said that was the last straw, you can do whatever you want to me but NEVER...

So the taco truck but it's not bad but the service the lady that rang me up is quite quite rude I could not believe it, and they definitely do not want to give you anything extra of anything no napkins no hot sauce nothing because I tried to get extra salsa and she would not... Even though for five street tacos beans and rice which is one of the small container with half rice and have beans in the same container that's crazy it was $16 and something well I only had 13 bucks find me does a take cash only... But she took one taco off and it made it 13 I got a Nickelback from the $13... That is just absolutely crazy how expensive trucks and things are for food service because it's not anymore and more expensive for food just like you if it was in a restaurant good to have badass service terrible service road service I will never ever ever ever ever go back to...
