Donāt order prints here, youāll have better service going through Walgreens. I placed an online print order for same day pick up in store. I never got an email confirmation for my order, this is not the fault of the store, but I later called to let them know I didnāt get a confirmation and to just check if my order went through. I was told that someone would call me back, and after waiting a couple of hours I didnāt hear back from them. I waited a little while longer and decided to just go to the store and ask in person. I waited for a while to be acknowledged, and finally the girl at the furthest computer in the print station asks me if Iām picking up. I explain my dilemma and she says she canāt find me in the system. Sheās speaking extremely quietly and not looking in my direction so I could barely hear her as she was trying to find my order. Eventually she finds me and says that I have to come back for my order at 5 and they close at 6. Zero attempt at giving any kind of customer service. I returned at 5:30 and my order was not ready. By 6 it was ready and I was lead to two different registers that they had already closed before someone was able to ring me out. I could tell the closing staff was flustered and confused. I understand having busy/difficult days, but this store had a ton of staff working for service to be this slow and customer care to be this poor. Thereās no need to close registers early when you have 5+ people closing. The only person who made any attempt to be kind and personable was the guy who eventually rang me out. The print staff need training. Also, my order was printed matte when I ordered glossy. This is not a big deal to me, but on top of the disorganization and poor service itās just too...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be letting corporate know as soon as they are open to take my phone call. We came in at 5:55. We knew they closed in 5 min and what we needed was going to be fast. Instead of greeting me with a hello upon entering the store, the sales associate announced āWE CLOSE IN 5 MINā This was a less than acceptable way to greet a customer in my opinion. I quickly moved to what I was needing, two notebooks. When I decided I would grab a package of pens, what I am guessing is a manager walked up to me and said āwe are closed, can I help you pick out somethingā I said No, and I put the pens back. My husband was shopping in a different part of the store, and he had come up to him as well, to announce they were closed. Now, we are in the restaurant business. When someone comes in 5 min to close, they are there before the business has closed, and are therefore seated. When they walk in the door we do not announce āWE CLOSE IN 5 MINā I donāt think it takes a genius to realize this store on the south side of Oklahoma City is barely hanging on. Iām willing to guess it will close within the year, based on how they are treating their customers. I will not be shopping here again, or at any Staples for that matter, in person or online. They should be ashamed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you need a business stamp, DO NOT go here. Asked for help, and the employee turned the screen and keyboard around for me to do all the work. It was difficult to get help or assistance in creating the stamp. I asked if it was "self service?". Response: "Well you can do it at home on your computer." I explained I came to Staples because I thought you could provide a service and HELP me. FINALLY got the girl to help me on THEIR computer after several frustrated attempts and not knowing what I was doing. They only had 2 stamps in stock. One red and one black. I needed 2 black. No ideal when or if they would get more delivered? Finally picked them up yesterday. They did not fit the form I intended to use them on. I explained my frustration and showed them by stamping my business form and how it didn't fit. I hesitated to pay for them and was told, "Well we did the work! And we don't have any more stamps in stock to redo them for you." I paid for them and then went to Fed Ex and got TRUE customer service and the employees did ALL the work. So tired of businesses like Staples who expect customers to do all the work while employees supervise. I wouldn't mind so much, if they gave me an employee discount for working for...
