To begin this review I first want to say that we originally decided to come to Oklahoma during spring break to visit friends and family for two possibly three nights ,and prior to arriving to the Hotel 3 nights was not going to be likely. With a family of 6 it is often hard to accommodate us when traveling out of town at a reasonable rate. But I have to say they're not only the rates were reasonable but our suite was the cleanest and the spacious suite I've ever stayed at a Holiday Inn. The staff always went out of their way to make sure that we were as comfortable as possible and catered to our needs without hesitation with a big smile on their face. The staff treated us as very important people although we are just an average family from the suburbs of Chicago. I was astounded of the quality of service as well as the cleanliness of the hotel and the willingness of every employee there to go out of your way to make sure that my family and I were as comfortable as possible. Now because of the great experiences we received the first 2 Nights our stay turned out to be a five night stay with wanting to stay an extra day or two but due to work and school we knew we couldn't. These employees hard work and dedication to every person who stays there it's cause for these people to be recognized such as Julieta, Veronica, Janet Melanea ,Kori, Latoya ,La Quitta ,Rashad, Jim ,Abid, Liz, Jauna, Marcela,Eutiquia,Leticia,Priscilla,Rosariio,Martin and Gabriel. You have an outstanding crew of people that are well-trained and are concerned for the comfort of the people staying in the hotel the only downside of the hotel was the fact that the pool was a bit cool for an indoor pool and we wish there was a hot tub but due to the excellent experience we had, we will be sure to spend at least 4 to 5 days every few months as we come to visit family and friends.
Thanks again for treating us so well during during our stay...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis hotel was pretty, we stayed on the day of the grand opening and two days after. At first we were very impressed with this hotel, however by the next morning we were VERY disappointed. The rooms were nice, but attention to detail should have been priority before customers stays. There was colored paint on walls where there wasn't supposed to be. There was a wire hanging down from behind the lighted mirror, the caulking was not done professionally around the tub and tiles. The towel bar was hung uneven. Not anything that affected the stay, but for a new hotel you would have thought they cared a little bit more in the details. Our breakfast the next morning was horrid, biscuits were dry and falling apart, pastries were the same, bacon was limp, soggy and barley warm, gravy was extremely thin, Pancake machine was tied up for nearly an hour by employee making plates with stakes of pancakes for her kids. employees same kids were putting cartons of milk, cereal, etc in shirts, pants, socks and making numerous trips outside over and over. Just when we were going to say something to the lobby staff, she came to the kitchen and starting laughing with kitchen staff and watching kids go in and out, so we didn't bother. spoke with hotel manager a few days later and he sent an email explaining that these were hotel customers...NO THEY WERE NOT! we witnessed the hotel STAFF eating breakfast with the kids in the heating area of the kitchen and these same kids were stealing them blind! Open checking out we had to wait 10 mintues for the lobby staff to get off of her personal cell phone before she would...

It was in a great location; walking distance to a couple of different restaurants. The grounds, rooms and amenities reflect the fairly new hotel. The room and the bed were comfortable with awesome lighting throughout. Great for selfies or FaceTime calls if youāre away from loved ones. The shower was spacious and modern. Great water pressure too. The shade in the bedroom provided total black out in my eastern facing room.
I was really grateful for the breakfast, but I only had a plain bagel with cream cheese. I knew ahead of time from the knowledgeable phone call with the manager that the continental breakfast was nonexistent, but I still hoped for a little protein. There was really nothing without at least 12g of sugar. The orange juice was not orange juice at all. I did appreciate the effort to have everything wrapped in plastic to keep it sanitary.
Hard boiled eggs could be individually wrapped: just a suggestion. Or some individually wrapped, microwaveable breakfast meats? Costco has an awesome selection! (Forward to corporate please!)
Thank you for the great stay! Loved your staff, loved the accommodations, and really appreciated the morale at...
