Burlington — Local services in Oklahoma City

This Burlington location is very disgusting several things strewn all over the store people pull stuff of the racks and instead of putting it back they just throw it where ever they feel like it. The store is way under staffed they had like 4 employees that I seen all in the front. They don't care about their job because one seemed to be the Manager and she asked one of the guy's to come help on the register and he took his time walking like 20 feet then he went to whatever register he felt like instead of the one he was told to then the Manager told him not to use the one he was on because it was broke he continued to use it then she came off her register to make him move and all he did was laugh. He stood by the other register not calling anyone cause he wanted to go back on the floor. This store had put out of order signs on the Rest rooms yet employees used them . Very disappointed in this location cause usually Burlington's is alot cleaner and better organized . Definitely will not return to this location. Highly do not recommend.

I came to the south shields location on 12/30/2023 I was there not even 20 mins (most of my time was spent in line) when I originally walked in there was security at the door that never greeted me, he just stared at me. That's fine it was early they had just opened while I was shopping I found one shirt one jacket and I wanted to try on a two pairs of jeans so I went to the back fitting room and it was closed, so I went to the front to the brand new dressing room for both doors to be locked and as I was trying to open the second door the nongreeting security guard finally spoke up to not greet me but to tell me the fitting room was closed and tht he was not opening it. After that I was very frustrated so I put the jeans back and stepped in line. The whole time the security is laughing and seems to be pretty happy with himself that he denied someone service. I will not be going to this location ever again. I was ready to spend some money in this store as I have over 300 worth of gift cards for this store. Ross had my business that day. I will most likely go to the Moore location for these gift cards then after that i will not be going to any Burlington location ever again. I want to be clear on which store location this review is for - SHEILDS BLVD, OKC. I come to this store almost weekly and I have NEVER seen such a CARELESS DISASTER!!! There were clothes just thrown over racks, toys broken and thrown down the isles, shoes everywhere, appliances just randomly thrown down isles, it was A TOTAL KAOTIC MESS!!! No public restrooms, NO DRESSING ROOM AVAILABLE because someone decided to go #2 IN THE DRESSING ROOM!!! The only other dressing room at the back of the store was closed as well. The ONLY EMPLOYEE wearing a badge was the poor woman at the checkout counter that was bombarded by a line of customers. The “store manager” was in the back, BRINGING LOADS of clothes and toys out, INSTEAD OF fixing the kaos that was displayed!! No clothes in the correct size location, everything was just a horrible disaster. EXACT CASH REQUIRED, NO CHANGE GIVEN IF ANYTHING BELOW $20!! Pictures listed! THIS STORE NEEDS DOORS CLOSED, CLEANED UP, AND A NEW START!!! This is unacceptable!
