Perfect park for my 26 month old son. The park has nice wood mulch & cushioned recycled tire type of pads under the swing & bottom of the slices. It was just big enough to provide variety for him & not so big you had to run around to try out all the equipment. There were some balancing beams & items for core workouts too that I saw & a roof covered pavilion with 2-4 picnic tables. There were a couple tabled I believe scattered as well without shade & a shaded bench area to supervise from. Ample street parking for about 10 vehicles.
