Stay away! You are better to call Verizon directly. They blatantly lied about their business internet being unlimited data, and when I wanted to return and cancel it I couldn't because I didn't have the cardboard box that it came with I throw it because the actual internet was great and worked, but absolutely wasnt unlimited. So because their commision is more important then being honest to their customers I'm stuck paying for something I don't want or need. If there would have been transparency in the first place I wouldn't need to write a review because I could have made an educated decision instead of a decision based on manipulation. The gentleman that takes care of the business accounts is a scammer, and doesnt deserve to work there, or anywhere honestly is involved. The gentleman that was helping him set up his new phone received a phone call from management forcing him to take his break immediately even though he protested that he was in the middle of a phone setup. He passed off the transaction to a lady. She completely ignored him, wouldn't make eye contact, didn't finish his phone set up, told him it was easy and he could do it himself, ignored my husbands questions and started talking around him to someone else that just came in the door. CLEARLY only concerned about her commission with the new sale. My husband then spent the next several hours trying to figure out how to transfer information from his old phone to his new phone and finish the setup that WE PAID FOR. Read moreWent in a few days ago to purchase phones for prepaid plans and the plans. The lady that helped was patient setting both devices up. A few hours later had to go back in since bright devices worked. Old phone porting from and new. Walked in and she helped me again& got my new device to work. Unfortunately I didn’t like the other guy he didn’t seem to want to help with the other brand new phone we bought that had same problem as mine different account. 2 days later the 2nd new phone still wasn’t proved from old plan.
