Bought our dishwasher here as they had a Bosch in stock and also could do a complete new install. Scheduled a time and my husband took off work. Installer arrived, said he wasn't advised it's a new install, and he didn't have the tools with him to install. My husband was told the soonest they could schedule us in was a week later (8/5). I called back, requesting they move up the install as they knew it was a total install. Still waiting on a new install date. Was told they'd get back to us by tomorrow (7/30)

I understand things happen, but when a customer takes time off from work for an install, it is unacceptable to cancel at the last minute and expect the customer to take time off from work again.

Edit. Rating still stands. Ended up hiring someone else to do the install after feeling like we were getting the run around on moving up...

Our old (15 year) washing machine died last night and was already sold on the idea of a Speed Queen and Speed Queen's corporate website pointed me here and they are a stone's throw from my job. Ms. Allison who helped me on the phone was ready for me when I walked in and showed me the machine and what to watch out for and what to marvel at! I assumed it would be a week or longer to get a machine and dreaded having to go to the laundromat but an hour later Allison called to tell me they had a cancellation for this Monday (like 3 days away, Monday) and they got the white machine (first color choice but would have okay with black too) and would be at the house between 11 and 1. What a great place to do business. I felt like I was back at my Grandfathers small town when we walked in. You are treated like a person not just a customer. I recently remodeled my kitchen and replaced all my appliances. I probably worked for a month on checking prices all around town. What I found was I wasted a month because I ended up at Alexander & Ray’s. The prices were great but where the big difference came in was the customer service, delivery, installation, follow through, and extended warranty. They stored my appliances for over a month till my cabinets and counter tops were installed, no one else would have done that. The process had it issues but it was the way they responded.
