Called in to get an estimate with very limited information on my end, and the lady that answered the phone was extremely nice about it! She was very patient, and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!

Beforehand, I had called another T-Shirt embroidery company, but not too happy with their customer service. Although the other company was a little bit less expensive, I will be using Olathe T-Shirt and Trophy for our company's apparel simply because they were patient, kind, and understanding with me.

Olathe T-shirt and Trophy gave great results in a very timely manner. Very friendly staff that worked above and beyond to complete my order to my satisfaction. I had 20 plaques made and noticed I had given the incorrect spelling of a name (the problem was totally my doing). I took the plaque back to be corrected and they had it re-done in less than an hour!
