This place is in shambles. The awnings are all broken out of the frames or are covered in mold and mildew. The businesses are either closed down, or they appear to be closed because the exteriors are not being maintained and are projecting a very poor image to shoppers. My visit was to experience the polish bakery only to find their sign on the front of that space was broken away to not even display the name of that business. I’ve never seen before businesses that are open and operating exist in such poor conditions as what has become of...
